Faith Disability Treatment centre is an adult daycare facility that is a viable community partner, by providing a safe haven for self-development and empowerment, through strategic programming that fosters social capital and reintegration.
To offer programs and services that promote self-development and empowerment through strategic programming and client-centered services.
Our purpose is to support seamless reintegration back into the community as we focus on our clients individual well-being.
We will...
- Provide emotional and mental support that specifically addresses the needs of each individual that enters the space
- Assist patrons with key community partners that will function in creating a sustainable path towards reintegration into the community
- Provide nutritional meals, that will aid in the development of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle
- Assist and partner with the Town of Innisfil in strategically addressing the growing number of mental health, and the challenges that come with it

Individuals with a developmental disability or mental illness who are at least 18 years of age
