About this service
Grandmother's Heart We are here to help as you transition into life with a new little one. Grandmother's Heart is a program designed to be a helping hand to a new mom and her baby. Some of the services that can be offered include: - Someone to chat with and ask questions - Laundry - Household cleaning and organization - Prepare a meal - Grocery shopping - Allow personal time for mom Two "Grandmothers" will conduct up to six in-home visits to help around the house and be a friend. Visits will occur at pre-arranged times and be one to two hours in length. Mom is required to be at home during Grandmother's Heart visits.
