About this organization

All-Together Affordable Housing Corporation is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by four local agencies. They are dedicated to offering affordable and supportive housing to those in need. Through their community networks and partnerships, they provide transitional housing for homeless individuals at Tom's Place and a five-unit building for low-income individuals with chronic illnesses. All-Together is also the main organization behind the Quinte Community and Housing First Partnership, a special model for supportive housing. Furthermore, they are currently spearheading an exciting new affordable housing project at Great St. James in Belleville.
