About this service

This program connects individuals with trained peers who have lived experience with mental health challenges, addictions, homelessness, or caregiving for a loved one with a disability. Peer facilitators provide emotional support, share experiences, and help individuals build trust, resilience, and empowerment. Services are available through Intensive Case Management, the Community Crisis Response line (1-855-310-COPE), and Streamlined Access. The goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals can navigate their challenges with guidance from someone who understands.
