About this organization
Established in 2003, the Midwives of York Region have been providing care for our clients and their families during pregnancy, labour, birth and the first 6 weeks of post-partum care. We have nine Registered Midwives that work in teams in order to provide 24-hour on-call availability.
Our midwives are committed to providing an inclusive, safe environment for all of our clients, regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, relationship status, immigration/citizenship status or ethnic origin.
