About this organization

The Aurora Food Pantry has been distributing food at no cost to residents of Aurora and North Oak Ridges. The purpose of the food pantry is to provide food to those who demonstrate an immediate need. The clients who come to the Aurora Food Pantry for help have faced a variety of circumstances. For many, an unexpected expense, an illness, or accident, loss of income becomes a crisis which forces them to choose between paying for groceries, rent, or utilities. The Aurora Food Pantry provides food assistance to individuals and families during their toughest times. In 2018, the pantry provided meals for 6883 people in need in our community.
