About this organization
COVID-19 UPDATE: Because we work with a vulnerable population, and in order to keep our clients and staff safe we have limited the number of individuals who are in and out of our office. Although we know this will likely be an inconvenience for many of our clients our only goal is to keep everyone healthy so that we can continue to provide care to all of our clients.
Midwifery Services of Durham & Markham Stouffville Midwives provide complete low-risk prenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. Our focus is on caring for mothers and babies in different settings, and a shared respect for childbearing individuals, their families and communities. We provide care to those who live in the Durham and South York Region, with hospital privileges at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
