About this service

Community Programs provide a range of services that support the needs of Elders and Youth and that promote a higher level of interaction between the two groups. Community Programs provide support in the development of Elder councils and its staff work closely with Elders to document their knowledge of Inuit values and traditions and to preserve this knowledge for the benefit of future generations.
