About this service
The Environmental Services Department provides a wide range of services to The Meadows, designed to protect against cross-infection, preserve the capital investment of the facility and to keep the facility safe and visibly clean for all those residing, working and visiting The Meadows.
The Environmental Services Department also provides laundry services ensuring that all soiled linens are washed daily and supplied to each house daily. A Seamstress is also available to do any required sewing and labeling.
Residential Washers and Dryers are also available in each of the neighborhoods should the residents wish to do their own laundry and they are also used daily by the CCAs to do the laundry for those residents that are unable to.
