About this service
Social Enterprise has evolved within the last few years as a win-win business model that benefits local economies while addressing the social needs of the communities where they operate.
One of the most critical issues found in our communities is the challenge that people with disabilities and barriers to employment face when looking for jobs.
Since 2011, YACRO has developed four social enterprises to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who have been marginalized from the workforce due to employment barriers.
We recognize that everyone has a different set of abilities and skills to contribute to and to enrich our society. And therefore our social enterprises offer a full range of jobs for the local marketplace.
