ATS has different payment plans for individuals; a monthly pass for $330 offering access to all ATS routes for the calendar month, a 10-ride pass for $150 offering 10 one-way trips, and a one-way pass for $18. Payment methods include cash, e-Transfer, and cheques payable to Allegiance Transportation Services. However, the commuter service has been suspended indefinitely starting January 2024. The company office operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM except on holidays.
