Building on Self-Awareness & Self-Confidence (BOSS) is a two-week program which focuses on these avenues to better manage anger and replace negative coping strategies. Through a combination of group sessions and one-on-one appointments, youll increase your self-confidence and self-awareness, better understand your relationship with anger, and learn alternate skills and techniques for handling difficult situations.
