About this service
4-week program, Mondays from 9:30 - 11:00am. Provides simple, interactive steps to help parents and caregivers promote positive mental health and emotional well-being of young children 3 years old and up.
These 2 programs work together for 4 weekly sessions. Parents learn steps for promoting positive mental health and emotional well-being. Children (3 yr +) participate in the PATHS program, which also promotes positive mental health and well-being.
