About this service
5-week program. Evenings 7:00pm - 9:00pm. These classes are small and interactive, which allow individual needs to be met. These sessions are designed to allow you to explore your options, gain confidence and develop self-advocacy skills. Classes are focused on preparation and information to allow you to be an active participant in your birth process.
All equipment used (balls, pillows & mats) are provided by the Center.
