About this service
Often women mistakenly blame themselves for their partners violence. Other effects women experience include feelings of helplessness, fear, anger, depression, shame and low self-worth. The Womens programme provides support for the partners of the men involved in New Start. Either by phone or, in a face to face session with a womens counsellor, women can begin to take back control of their lives to increase their personal safety.
