Liaise and report on consultation and partnership development arrangement progress with the Office of the Chief and President of the N.C.N.S. and the Commissioner of the N.C.N.S. Netukulimkewel Commission.
Negotiate and establish through consultation and participatory partnerships throughout the life of a resource development project the accommodation of the concerns, issues, needs, interests and access opportunities for business, employment, training, skills development, community capacity and investment opportunities in resources development projects generally, with primary focus on the oil and gas industry on-shore and off-shore on the East Coast.
Document and follow several resource development projects simultaneously and participate in all reviews as well as comment and draft responses and N.C.N.S. positions as well as securing intervener status before all regulatory review processors.
