Our outreach program works closely with Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) to help people who want to find jobs in the community. We believe that people with disabilities can be successful at many different kinds of jobs. We are here to help you find the right job for you!
Deborah is our Outreach Coordinator. She will help you find a job at a place that hires people with different abilities. When these places want to hire new people, she will receive their job posting. She has a list of many workplaces that we trust because:
They understand that everyone is different and important to the workplace.
They let you have the support you need to do your job.
They pay people who do the same job the same amount of money, no matter what disability they have.
