About this service
Housing Nova Scotia delivers a range of housing solutions to meet the needs of Nova Scotians on low or modest incomes. We currently own more than 11,560 public housing units across the province under the management of five regional housing authorities. More than 17,600 families and seniors are living in these units. In addition, approximately 1,700 low-income households live in a private market rental accommodation and supported through the rent supplement program.
