About this service
Our Essential Skills program provides classroom and/or one-to-one support to adults who haven't completed high school and who wish to: enter the workforce for the first time or after a long break; maintain employment; change careers; or advance in their current career. Through classes, a variety of workshops and one-on-one assistance, individuals learn how to:
Prepare a resume
Prepare a cover letter
Conduct online job searches
Prepare for interviews
Create a portfolio
Explore different careers
