About this service
Community Mental Health Teams include occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and nurses who work together to help participants manage and improve their mental health and well-being.
Teams work with individuals and discuss mental health concerns. Together, helpful "next steps" are decided and a plan is developed. Plans may include strategies or activities that participants and their support network can work on or an appointment with a psychiatrist to discuss medication options.
