About this service
Relapse Prevention sessions are scheduled two times weekly. Clients are provided with tools to identify, understand and manage triggers that could affect their long-term recovery. By being able to identify the potential triggers for relapse in combination with various recovery tools, the relapse can be prevented before it happens. Relapse prevention is about making a plan and modifying accordingly as needed. Examples would be Relapse Signs and Symptoms, Five Myths that will Sabotage Recovery, and Relapse Symptoms List.
