About this service
We offer two educational programs for people who have not graduated high school: ALP and GED.
The ALP (Adult Learning Program) has four levels. We offer instruction in levels one to three (Level four may be completed at other local institutions).
We also have a GED program available to help students earn their General Education Development diploma.
We are an Indigenous focus organization, but offer educational opportunities to everyone. If you have any questions, or wish to pursue your educational goals
The Mi'kmaw Native Friendship Center operates most of its programs year round. The adult education programs both run from early September until the end of June every year. Student enrollment is ongoing starting in September, but ends for the year at the end of March.
