About this organization
Depression / Anxiety Volunteer Peer Support Group for people whose primary diagnosis is depression/anxiety .....discussion , information and coping strategies for those living with depression and/or anxiety .....benefits of attending are numerous and include a feeling of acceptance and understanding from peers that have a similar lived experience ...."WE REALLY DO UNDERSTAND " .....group respects privacy and is non judgemental ....there are no fees and registration/referrals are not required .........meetings , 7-9 pm every Tuesday at Capital Mental Health , 7071 Bayers Road , Halifax , N.
