About this organization
At Step Above Childcare Centre, our programs invite children to learn in the ways that they learn best. Through hands-on guided discovery and opportunities to thrive independently, your childs first school experience will be one that excites them to learn more. Children are placed in age appropriate classrooms where activities are designed with your child in mind.
Step Above uses every moment of your childs day to embrace new learning experiences, with opportunities for outside play, individual discovery, one-on-one bonding time, and large and small group interactions.
Our teachers form bonds with each and every child to establish a strong sense of security and strive to maintain open channels of communication with parents and families.
Age groups are as follows:
Infants (3 months to 18 months)
Toddlers (18 months to 3 years)
Preschool (3 to 5 years old)
