About this organization
Pink Panthers was founded by two breast cancer survivors who had an idea that blossomed when they first met while carpooling to a breast cancer retreat. They didnt want anyone else to go through this experience, as they had done, without knowing anyone else who had breast cancer. They happened to meet the Executive Director and Chair of the Board of BCANS (Breast Cancer Action Nova Scotia) at the retreat. Forces were joined and Pink Panthers took off from there.
