About this organization
Needham Preschool and Daycare has been serving the needs of Halifax and neighboring communities since 1983. Since April of 1999, we have become a Not for Profit Organization governed by a Board of Directors. We are fully licensed by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to offer QUALITY child care to children aged eighteen months through to twelve years old. We strictly adhere to the stipulated regulations of Nova Scotias Early Learning and Childcare Act to ensure our centre meets the necessary requirements regarding staffing, programming, nutrition and equipment.
