Maritime Muslim Academy is an independent day school based on Islamic principles, whose mission is to educate students intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially in a trusting and caring Islamic environment.
Maritime Muslim Academy (MMA) is an independent educational institution based on Islamic principles, whose mission is to educate students intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially in a trusting and caring Islamic environment. The Academy offers standard educational programs like any other school in Canada and also offers Quran and Arabic as well as the basic teaching in Islamic beliefs, principles and values.
MMA offers private educational services to students from September to June, a total of 195 teaching days/year, and provides fulltime teaching at all stages of education: Preschool, Elementary, Junior High and Senior High. English is the main language of instruction, however Arabic and French are taught as second languages.
