About this organization
In our counselling therapy sessions, youll be given space to talk in a non-judgmental and confidential environment. Well explore your inner dialogue, emotions, belief systems and coping responses and how these may be limiting you. Mindfulness will play a role in our sessions as you cultivate awareness of unhelpful patterns and transform your relationship to them. You will become empowered with a sense of freedom to live presently, with a greater sense of coherence and authenticity in your life.
Overall, my counselling style is warm and values-driven, using a blend of mindfulness-based, cognitive therapy, and person-centered approaches. I will assist you with intentionally carving your life path, while encouraging commitment to making lasting changes.
