Camp Kidston provides a safe and happy summer camping experience to kids aged 5 to 16 where they can explore their unique talents and place in the universe through opportunities to unplug and connect with friends, outdoor adventures, and faith exploration.
Imagine a backyard of over 400 acres of pristine woods on the shores of Long Lake in the North-Eastern corner of the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). The opportunity for your camper to disconnect from screens and reconnect with play, experience community, and build memories and friendships is priceless. Your kids are free to be themselves in a safe and fun environment. Build new skills and try new adventures like slack lines, canoeing, out-trips, and bog-walking under the encouraging eye of our trained counsellors
- Ages 5-9: Milder adventures and extra staff attention.
- Ages 8-12: Fun-filled multi-age sessions for all (great for siblings!).
