About this service

The Canadian Red Cross offers comprehensive learn-to-swim programs for all ages as well as national lifeguard training to certify professional lifeguards. The Canadian Red Cross has been offering swimming instruction and leadership development programs in Canada for more than 60 years. Today, more than one million Canadians enrol in our programs each year and 20,000 are trained and certified annually as Water Safety Instructors.
