About this service
STRONG Girls! is an action oriented response to research conducted by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Newfoundland and Labrador. This research is in response to a decline in girls involvement in physical recreation, sport and leadership opportunities. STRONG Girls! empowers our female members by providing them the opportunity to grow and succeed in a non-stigmatizing environment, ultimately building confidence and skills.
