About this service
Leadership Development Camps Level 1 -Leaders in training will work side by side with an experienced support staff, engage with children and develop new skills qualities of a strong leader and interpersonal communication. Leaders are expected to design, lead, and report on planned activities for children ages 5 8 years.
Leadership Development Camps Level 2 Leaders will identify their own learning styles and develop techniques to identify the learning styles of others. They will gain knowledge on bullying, risk management, developing programming for children ages 9-12 years and how to lead a group activity. Standard First Aid will be delivered in this session to all participants.
