For as long as I can remember, the desire to help others has been a huge part of me. Through studying and working in the field of counselling, this desire has become a passion - a passion to support others through their hardships, and promote well-being and personal development. My approach to therapy is focused on collaboration. Working together, we will explore areas in which you would like to see positive changes, and discover the best way forward and up!
