About this service
The SPLASH Centre has been very successful with its Employment and Career Development phase through the Changing Lanes program. Participants work on a career plan with the Changing Lanes Coordinators, attend valuable learning sessions facilitated by community agencies, and then go to work in their communities at various locations to gain valuable tools and experience. Oftentimes, youth return to their work placement sites and maintain part-time jobs. This program allows the development of a valuable skill set and experience to use in future employment.
