About this service
In family therapy, we consider the family unit as a whole and each family member individually. We realize that the well-being of one family member is intertwined with the issues and well-being of the whole family; thus any problem experienced by the family is best resolved through a coordinated family effort. Here at careworks, we will work with your family to develop shared goals, and facilitate supportive conversations so that every family member feels heard and understood. We also draw on your familys current strengths and problem solving skills, point out interactional patterns, and work with your family to produce the change that you desire. Ultimately you will feel heard and understood and part of a caring family unit.
