A mental health and addictions walk-in service for people 12 and older.
Health-care professionals, including psychologists, nurses, addictions counsellors and social workers offer single-session therapy services on a first-come, first-serve basis for anyone who needs to speak to someone immediately.
There is no triage, no intake process, and no wait list. There is no formal assessment and no formal diagnostic process, just one hour of therapy focused on the clients' stated needs.
