Service description: Helps people in Canada re-establish contact with immediate family members internationally after separation due to armed conflict, natural disaster, migration and other humanitarian crises.

Languages: English and French.

Eligibility: People who have lost contact with immediate family members due to armed conflict, natural disaster, migration and other humanitarian crises.

Application process: call, email or contact RFL online to begin an international tracing request for a missing family member.
