About this service
On Friday mornings from 10 am-12 noon, a group of newcomer women gathers to learn, do a craft, and socialize. Also open to English speakers who enjoy crafts, learning new skills, and helping newcomers learn English. This group tries many activities, like crochet, knitting, sewing, cooking, and more. This is a time to share your knowledge, meet new friends, practice English, and help others learn. Thank you to our partners, Saint John Newcomers Centre and the community volunteers who make CV Crafts & Conversation Club possible.
