About this organization
Second Stage Safe Haven is a charitable organization that provides safe, affordable housing, support, counselling and programs for abused women and children. We are a United Way funded partner and receive partial funding from the Province of NB. Second Stage Safe Haven empowers women and women with children to end the cycle of violence. By providing safe, stable affordable housing, programs and counselling, women develop coping strategies and effective support systems.
We enable families to define their options, enhance their skills, achieve financial and emotional self-sufficiency to end the generational cycle of violence and create strong communities.
