Central Valley Adult Learning Association - Digital Skills Development (Digital Literacy) Program

Do you need to increase your computer skills to meet workplace demand? Are you an employer who would like to give your employees the opportunity to enhance their digital abilities? Our free computer basics program may be just what you are looking for!

Digital literacy refers to the ability to find, evaluate, utilize, share, and create content using information technologies and the Internet. Our program will strengthen and increase your digital literacy level for educational or career advancement, economic need, and community involvement while also increasing control over your own life in our technology-driven society. Classes are 3 hours once a week for 10 weeks. Our teachers travel to your community with their equipment to ensure comfort and accessibility. Class size is small to allow for an individualized, learner-centered atmosphere. The program is very hands-on and each learner will have a laptop to use during the course of the program.
