About this service
This program consists of eight components designed to help persons who have come into conflict with the law look at options that will help them when they are released to be successful. The program is designed to help individuals take a good look at their lives. To understand what may be causing some of the stresses and problems they are dealing with and to help them find ways to address these issues in a positive way. 9 Sessions include: Stress, Self Esteem, Problem Solving and Goal Setting, Assertiveness and Conflict Negotiation, Mental Fitness, Anger, Dealing with Grief and Crisis, Addiction
