About this service
Greater Moncton Prostate Support Group brings together people who are going through, or have already gone through, the experience of being diagnosed with prostate cancer, navigating the many treatment options, and managing the different chronic side effects that may accompany treatment. They provide an opportunity for individuals, and their support people or partners, to share their personal experiences and thoughts and to receive emotional support from others in the group. Many groups also offer educational opportunities by inviting guest speakers, including healthcare professionals, counsellors, researchers, and others, to speak on topics related to prostate cancer treatment, research, and coping.
