About this service
This program provides subsidized rental accommodation for families and senior citizens who, because of low income experience difficulty in obtaining adequate and affordable housing in the private sector. Tenants qualifying for assistance through this program will have their rents reduced to 30% of the adjusted household income.
Who can use it?
Accommodations are provided to low income households whose income is below the established income ceilings which are based on both the household size and whether the units are located in rural or urban areas.
