About this service
A busy spot year-round, Mapleton Park welcomes visitors with trails that extend from Gorge Road to Mapleton Road. The trails run along 122 hectares of forested and open spaces, as well as along the north branch of Halls Creek and feature a wetland and lagoon. Interpretive signage located throughout detail the parks ecosystem, including bird species and vegetation. In winter, some trails are groomed and sanded for walking, while others are left for snowshoeing. The Rotary Pavilion sits off Mapleton Road.
