About this service
The late Lorne Preston was an advocate of Headstart, and understood that higher education improved success. The Lorne Preston Educational Fund was established in his name to provide scholarships to former Headstart children and parents interested in pursuing post-secondary education. Each year, The Lorne Preston Scholarships are awarded to successful grantees at a special breakfast event.
