About this service
Addiction and Mental Health Services provide a range of services for individuals and family members affected by substance use, harmful gambling and/or mental health issues. Community-based prevention programs are at the core of the program. The goal is to address health needs expressed by individuals and to strengthen the community as a whole. Horizon serves 12 of the 15 Indigenous communities located in New Brunswick: Amlamgog (Fort Folly) Elsipogtog First Nation (Big Cove) Esgenopetitj First Nation (Burnt Church) Lnui Menikuk (Indian Island) Metepenagiag Mikmaq Nation (Red Bank) Natoaganeg (Eel Ground) Neqotkuk (Tobique) Pilick (Kingsclear) Sitansisk (Saint Marys) Tjipogtotjg (Buctouche MicMac) Welamukotuk (Oromocto) Wotstak (Woodstock)
