About this service
Using trauma informed care, we provide you with an opportunity to recover from challenging experiences in your life. Through the community counselling program, we provide free mental health therapy options with our Master degree students or licensed counselling therapists candidates.
We work with broad issues, with a particular focus on:
- Trauma (occupational and personal)
- Childhood Adversities
- Borderline Personality Disorder, and;
- Nutritional Psychology
