BCG Moncton - After School Programs - Nutrition and Meal Programs

Our nutritional programs teach our members about healthy eating and how to prepare appropriate meals. These programs promote a safe and engaging atmosphere for members of all ages to come and learn about food sustainability, kitchen etiquette and how to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal. Our meal program offers a hot, healthy meal to all attending members daily, five days a week. The goal of this program is to ensure that our members are getting a nutritious meal every day during the week, which helps to provide the proper nutrition our young people need to perform at their best, both physically and mentally.
