About this organization
We provide free, confidential, one-to-one tutoring to adults seeking to improve their literacy and numeracy skills in the Miramichi area.
We offer conversational skill upgrades to ESL learners through individual tutoring and group sessions.
Our Cooking to Learn program helps motivate students to improve their basic reading, writing and math skills through small, in-person group workshops.
We facilitate a number of programs at the local Women's Correctional Center of NB including Mommy Reads to Me and a monthly book club.
As of May 2021, we operate the StoryWalk at Middle Island, a family literacy initiative at the Middle Island Irish Historical Park in partnership with the Chatham Public Library.
