About this organization
The Douglastown Lions Club has been serving the Douglastown area and the world for over 26 years. Founded in 1986, they have helped and made a difference through the various projects they have done.
Some of the projects being done:
- helping feed families through supporting Early Intervention Miramichi.
- help provide help to the blind by recycling old and unwanted eye glasses. We have boxes in several locations around the community.
- supporting the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides.
- help one student a year get a good education through the Douglastown Lions Club scholorship.
